enjoyph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your enjoyph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The enjoyph Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. enjoyph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the Platform. enjoyph does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
enjoyph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination for cause, enjoyph reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and to withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation. Any real-money balance remaining in a legitimately operated account following termination will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and deduction of any amounts owed to enjoyph.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact enjoyph customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. enjoyph will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days.
Nothing in this Section shall limit enjoyph's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

When material changes are made, enjoyph will notify registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the enjoyph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
